The Quintassential occupies an acre of hilltop in Central Algarve overlooking Loule Town which is a 5 minute drive away. There are 4 baby/child/family friendly apartment cottages at the Quintassential that caters from 2 - 13 people and the cottages can be let individually or together. The Carob and Lemon Cottages are the newer of the cottages at Quintassential and adjacent to each other, both light and airy one bedroom cottages with a large bedroom that has a double bed, 21 inch TV with DVD player, security safe and patio doors leading onto the south-facing private sun terrace. The bedroom is also large enough to cater a single bed/cot too. The Carob and Lemon Cottages have a new large luxury bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet, WC and shaver point. The spacious lounge/diners are tastefully decorated with cane and pine furniture and gas central heating for those cooler winter evenings/mornings. The lounge has Satellite TV (free to view channels), video recorder (small selection of videos available), DVD player (small selection of DVDs), radio/CD player (guests to bring own CD's), puzzles, chess set, playing cards and there are patio doors leading onto a private south-facing terrace with table & chairs, parasol, brick built BBQ's and reclining chairs. The kitchenettes are brand new and modern and comprises of a fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, electric mini oven, electric kettle, coffee filter machine, hand held electric blender, toaster and electric hob. Outside there are spectacular gardens to explore with many seating areas and there is also a large heated pool area with views over the Algarvian countryside. There is also a children's play area and outdoor games area with table tennis table, table football (foosball), exercise bike and from summer 2009 there will also be a giant outdoor chess set.

The Quintassential Apartment Cottages are located in Central Algarve, a 15 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from the coast and a 2 minutes drive north of the market town of Loule. The Quintassential is ideally located for those wishing to explore the Algarve. The Spanish border can be reached within a 30 minute drive and the Western Coast of the Algarve can be reached within a 45 minute drive. The coastal resorts of Vilamoura, Quinta Do Lago and Vale Do Lobo are 10 minutes away and so too are the world famous golf courses. The Quintassential is an ideal holiday location for those who wish to be close to everything, but yet relax in peaceful and tranquil surroundings.

The Quintassential has 4 individual apartments that share an acre of beautiful gardens with panoramic sea views. There is a large rustic 2 bedroom cottage (Orangte Cottage) that accommodates four adults and an infant, and we also have the Casa Do Forno Cottage, a rustic one bedroom cottage that is an adult only oasis, and this cottage boasts many original features dating back to the 19th century and then there are the Lemon & Carob Cottages each sleeping 3 people each. These have the added benefit of central heating for the cooler winter months. The cottages can be let individually or as a whole accommodating between 2 to 13 people. On arrival all guests will be met by the owners. There will be a generous welcome hampers in the cottages, compliments of the house. Bathrobes are provided for all adult guest to use whilst at Quintassential. Pool towels are provided for guests to use at the Quintassential. All cottages have hairdryers, alarm clocks and are furnished, equipped and decorated to a very high standard. We do everything possible to ensure that families with children have a holiday that is both fun and relaxing. With children of our own we know how important it is to keep kids happy & entertained on holiday, within a safe & secure environment. The Quintassential is totally fenced & accessed via electric gates, so a very safe place. There is a lot of space for children to play and to discover nature, play with Alfie our children loving dog, we have two dogs and three cats in total. The accommodations are all separated from the pool area, the pool area is enclosed & gated to give parents of toddlers that extra piece of mind. We have a children’s play area available designed for little ones situated on a large lawned area amongst an orange grove. There is a slide, swings, seesaw, playhouse etc, this area adds an exciting dimension for all the visiting children & keeps them occupied for hours. There is also a seating area for adults to relax, unwind and top up their tans. For babies we have baby paddling pools to use on our pool terrace or your accommodations private terrace We do not charge for children under the age of 2 & can provide a range of equipment for babies and toddlers free of charge, meaning you can travel lighter! Little Rascals is based in the central Algarve and stocks a wide range of UK baby products. The Welcome Pack will be delivered free to your accommodation here at the Quintassential prior to your arrival. Children under the age of 2 are free - No extra charge for cots or high chairs. Prices from 1st November until 31st March include heating and the pool is heated from 1st October until 30th April. All Inclusive Winter Special Offer - one weeks accommodation for two people, heating, pool heating, generous welcome hamper & hire car for £370.00 GBP per week.
